1. How do we ship products?
Orders ship Monday, Wednesday and Fridays through a courier service. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number through our email service. Orders must be place before 11:30 am that day to be shipped the next day.
2. How do track my shipping?
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is posted. Express post shipping is not available on any sale items.
3. Payment options?
Makeup Weapons accepts payments from all major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are listed in AU Dollars and will be converted to your local currency upon checkout.
4. What are the brushes made out of?
Makeup Weapons brushes are 100% cruelty-free brushes made from high quality and durable synthetic hairs, a copper ferrule and a sustainably grown bamboo handle. The quality of our brushes will provide you will an incredible application every time. The hair of our brushes are made from a nylon and taklon blend, which does not contain allergens and is considered a ‘green’ product.
5. Are synthetic brushes hair stronger then real hair stronger?
Brushes made with synthetic hairs, like Makeup Weapons are much more durable than regular animal hair brushes and will last for a longer period of time compared to their animal-hair counterparts.
6. How do I care for my brushes?
By using our brush bomb cleansing soap.
7. Do synthetic makeup brushes shed?
It is unlikely that your Makeup Weapons brush will shed, as they have been hand-crafted to be incredibly durable.
8. I’m a blogger. How can I get in contact with Makeup Weapons?

9. How can I register as a new customer?
How do I become a stockist? If you are interested in becoming a stockist of Makeup Weapons please get in contact by emailing an expression of interest to admin@makeupweapons.com.auincluding a short description about your store and links to your website (and business social media profiles if applicable).
10. Does Makeup Weapons offer discounts and specials?
Makeup Weapons offers a pro discount to makeup artists (20%). Our brushes go on sale at various times of the year, to find out when you can receive a discount on Makeup Weapons subscribe to the mailing list and we will keep in touch!
11. How do I become a pro member?
If you’d like to become a pro member and receive 20% off your orders it’s required that you are a professional makeup artist currently working in the industry. To apply for a pro membership email the documents to admin@makeupweapons.com.au
12. What is your returns policy?
We refer to the ACCC repair, replace, and return refund policy. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However if there is a problem with one of your Makeup Weapons do not hesitate to contact us via email: admin@makeupweapons.com.au
